Certain sequences exhibit such significant improvements and stylistic flair that they appear almost beyond the capabilities of the six-year-old Switch. Furthermore, Yoko Shinomura’s exceptional score has been re-orchestrated, enriching the already captivating JRPG experience, although the melody loops may resonate primarily with those already familiar with the game.
In terms of gameplay, the combat system benefits from refined Action Commands, offering a more intuitive battle experience. The implementation of damaging combinations rewards precise button timing, granting significant damage bonuses.
