Similar to our experience reviewing the ZAGG Desk Mat with Qi-charging, this review focuses on evaluating the product’s overall quality, integration into a user’s workflow, and value proposition.

The Mophie snap+ (3-in-1) offers a streamlined charging experience, particularly for users within the Apple ecosystem. While it supports charging other Qi-compatible devices, its design and features are clearly optimized for Apple products. It delivers a total of 15W of charging power, which, while not the fastest available, is adequate for overnight charging on a bedside table.
The magnetic alignment ensures secure attachment for iPhones, enabling users of Pro models to leverage the always-on display for at-a-glance access to calendar and time information. Furthermore, the stand’s design makes it suitable for viewing videos before sleep, while simultaneously charging the device.
The Apple Watch is charged via a dedicated pad on the back, while AirPods can be placed on the charging surface at the base. When simultaneously charging all three devices, we measured a power draw of 3.2W for the phone, aligning with the specified 3.5W maximum output. The Apple Watch benefits from fast charging, reaching full charge in approximately 45 minutes.
The overall user experience is consistently positive. Consolidating charging into a single location with a single cable offers enhanced organization and ensures devices are charged overnight. The Apple Watch charging location proved particularly convenient, eliminating the need to manage the standard charging cable.
The convenience comes at a price of 1,500 kronor. While this might seem steep, the benefits of decluttering and streamlining the charging process are significant. Furthermore, consolidating chargers allows for the original chargers to be packed for travel, ensuring readily available charging solutions upon arrival.
