We at senses are pleased to present a review of a product from the prominent Korean company LG. LG consistently delivers high-quality products with stylish design at competitive prices. Interestingly, in 1995, the company transitioned from Lucky Goldstar to its current name, LG Electronics. Today, LG officially represents “Life’s Good.” The product under evaluation is the LG UltraGear 27GR95QE gaming monitor.
This 27-inch monitor leverages OLED technology to provide exceptional image quality. It features a QHD resolution of 2560×1440, a 240Hz refresh rate, and a rapid 0.03 ms response time. This display is well-suited for fast-paced gaming, particularly first-person shooters (FPS) like Counter-Strike, where a high refresh rate is paramount. To clarify, the refresh rate, measured in Hertz (Hz), indicates the number of images the screen can display per second. Therefore, this monitor can render 240 images per second. The evolution from older CRT monitors, with their limited refresh capabilities, to this level of performance is a testament to technological advancement.
